The Tenants and Residents Association was founded by a small group of local people in 2003. The aim of this TRA is to try and make a difference in our immediate area by bring the community together. Help Us make a difference!
Those of us who have been involved with the Tenants and Residents Association, have tried to do what we can to bring the community back to life with the 'Family Fun Days', 'Quiz Nights' and 'Meet Your Neighbour' Disco's but obviously the more people who get involved the greater the results will be.
We cover 20+ roads within the TRA, so it would be nice to get some involvement from residents from as many roads as possible.
We know everybody has his or her own lives with different commitments but even if you feel you can't afford the time to serve on the committee. You still have a role to play in your community by helping out occasionally with events or just coming to a meeting once every 3 months, every little bit helps.
Lastly, together we can improve the area we live in for everyone, young and old alike, and bring back a little pride in the community, surely that is worth just a little of your time?
